Adoption Pending! Cat lovers please apply! Zeus is a one and a half year old red, docked and cropped male that  is such a sweet guy. He seems to love every one he meets and is good with other dogs, both male and female. Zeus NICELY avoids any kind of confrontation with other dog who might challenge him which is such a great quality in a dog! His previous owners never vetted him during his first year of life, but now that he is with us, he has been neutered, wormed, vaccinated, tested negative for heart worms and on now on preventative, and micro-chipped. Zeus did get adopted and was returned as the arrival of the new baby turned the house upside down and did not sit well with him. So in our commitment to all our dogs for their entire life, Zeus will be looking for a new home with a fenced yard, one committed to him for the rest of his life, give him structure, basic training and begin his journey of a lifetime being someones dog, older children only though. Zeus does know some basic obedience commands such as sit, down, and speak. He is super intelligent and very food motivated which makes it easy to train! You will not go wrong with this guy, he is a very sweet and handsome teenage Dober-boy! He does excellent with cats so kitty folks please apply!! 

All potential adopters must fill out  the adoption application. Please read our adoption policies page in its entirety before filling out application-failure to do so may delay the adoption process. Please answer all questions on the application, failure to do so may result in your application being denied. We do not adopt on a first come first serve basis but what is the best fit for our dogs.  We do give preference to homes with fenced yards. Puppies must live in homes with fenced yards. Those with no fencing must have a plan in place for daily activity and bathroom breaks for adult dogs. With the exception of Meet and Greets, y ou will not be able to meet our adoptable animals until the adoption application is submitted online and the home visit is completed. We will not place adult rescue dogs in homes with young children under 6 years old, with the exception of puppies 6 months and under, we will adopt to families with children under 6 years old, but a fenced yard is mandatory. Our dogs must live indoors with their humans and never left outdoors alone or in a kennel or yard unattended. You must be willing to use a crate and sign up for formal obedience classes. You must be 21 and own your home. We will not adopt outside of the USA. We will not ship our dogs. We will not adopt to anyone charged or convicted of animal abuse, child abuse, any type of felony.
