Adoption Pending! Lokie has a sponsor who will pay half his adoption fee!!! YES!!! Half off his adoption fee! Foster needed! Need a big SMILE??? Lokie is a smiley boy!! He is a full on tooth grin when happy about something:) BONUS!! Cat Lover! Lokie loves cats and lived with cats in his previous home. Lokie was surrendered by his owners, as they were working long 12 hour days and could no longer give him the attention he so deserves. The recent changes in the home with the kids all grown up and gone away, made for Lokie to be home by himself all the time, Lokie is 7 years old and would really like to have a human or two, with some cats, to keep company. Lokie is reliably housebroke and crate trained. He loves going for rides in the car and sits nice and quite while you are driving. Lokie has excellent recall and would do fine in a home with NO FENCE. He loves to get affection and pats on the head, is great with nail trimming and grooming, plus takes treats nicely. Lokie is just a very good boy. He has not been around many big dogs, but has been around little dogs and cats. We tested him with big dogs and he did Ok, but he would be best in a home where he could be king and protector of his people, plus he is an attention hog that would prefer not to share with other dogs we have found. Lokie is neutered, current on all vaccines, heart worm negative and on prevantative, and micro-chipped. Please apply if you are looking for a low maintenance companion! This boy would be great for a retire person or home that is less active. He loves to walk but he loves to chill and get petted too! Please apply if you can give Lokie the love he so deserves in his adult years. UDR has a sponsor that will pay for half his adoption fee to one lucky adopter! Lokie would be perfect in a home with a retire person or persons!
