Ophelia is an 8 year old female Doberman with a Heart of Gold! We are delighted to help Ophelia, find her forever home. With an irresistible charm, sweet smile and a wagging nub that can brighten anyone's day. This sweet girl was found as a stray in northern Minnesota, and despite tireless efforts to locate her previous owner, no one came forward to claim her. Ophelia has now embarked on a new journey with United Doberman Rescue, where she eagerly awaits to find her forever home. Ophelia's happiness is infectious, her smile heart warming as she radiates warmth and love to everyone she meets. With her intelligent eyes and gentle demeanor, she has already won the hearts of  many rescue and vet staff. Her resilience and unwavering spirit, even after her challenging past, are truly inspiring.

Ophelia has received thorough medical attention since arriving in rescue, and it was discovered that she has a common condition among Dobermans called hypothyroidism. The good news is that this condition is manageable with a low cost daily medication and well understood. With proper treatment and medication, Ophelia's condition can be easily maintained, allowing her to lead a full and happy life.  Ophelia has a calm and composed nature that perfectly complements her easygoing energy level. While she isn't a super high-energy dog, she still enjoys her daily walks and time spent exploring the outdoors. Whether it's a leisurely stroll in the park or a relaxing afternoon in the backyard, Ophelia is content as long as she is with her human companions. We believe that Ophelia would make an excellent addition to a loving family who can provide her with the care, attention, and affection she truly deserves. Her sweet and loyal disposition makes her an ideal companion for individuals and families alike. If you're seeking a faithful friend to share your life with, Ophelia might just be the perfect match for you!

If you're looking to open your heart and home to a delightful Doberman like Ophelia, please consider adopting her. You will not only gain a loyal and loving companion but also become a part of her incredible journey towards a brighter and happier future. Let's find Ophelia her forever home and give her the happily ever after she so rightfully deserves!

Thank you for considering adoption and changing her life forever.
